Once construction begins, oversight continues from foundation through finishes, with trades, materials, and inspections managed to deliver a well-built, durable home.

Do you guarantee timeline and scheduling?
When it comes to building timelines and scheduling, we are joint stakeholders: the best outcome for you is also the best outcome for us.
Because there are so many variables in the building process we offer anticipated start dates and provide time estimates and a schedule for the projected work including all the labor, trades and inspections. Changes in schedule do happen, and it’s our policy to keep our homeowners in the loop and informed along the way.
Can we provide our own materials?
Our accuracy, timeliness and product order completion all play into our ability to ensure a smooth running project for which we take total responsibility. With few exceptions, it is our policy to provide materials.
Do you work with subcontractors?
We use subcontractors for a variety of trades such as roofing, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, insulation, flooring and painting. All subcontractors hired by Bielefield Construction are licensed and insured. We have solid, long term, relationships with our subcontractors and use only the best.
